Alternatively, if you don't like the way the products mix or taste, you can also return them for a refund. Postage and packing will be deducted from refunds and some refunds may only be pro-rata to reflect used product.

1. Refunds only apply if ordered directly through UBPN head office or ordered through www.u-boss.com . Our stockists do not offer refund policies.
2. Refunds will only be issued within 45 days from date you received our products.
3. We must be notified of damaged containers, products, goods within 48hrs of delivery in order to action any form of refund or replacement.
4. If in the unlikely event you need to return anything to us we would highly recommend you use a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail recorded, as we are not responsible for any losses which are out of our control.
5. All containers, bottles and any unused supplements need to be returned to us for a refund to apply.
6. A Refund will not be offered if the product has not been taken correctly as directed by the label, website or product guide.
7. A £6 administration fee applies to all refunds, but not exchanges.
8. You may ask for an exchange of product(s) instead of a refund.
9. This guarantee does not apply to UBoss Medical laboratory testing kits or services.
